In the spirit of translational research, we study the genetics and epigenetics of neurological diseases and metabolic phenotypes and develop diagnostic predictors (risk scores and episignatures). We also deal with the genetics of brain structures as well as conceptual questions at the interface of life sciences and philosophy.
