Our group is dedicated to the diagnosis, early detection and prevention of hereditary tumor diseases. A central focus is on risk-adapted prevention, based on individual risk models and the latest genetic analyses, such as the polygenic risk score. The aim is to develop innovative strategies that combine research and clinical practice to ensure personalized care for patients with a genetic predisposition. The focus is on interdisciplinary collaboration and the development of new risk models for other tumor diseases in order to continuously optimize care.
